Minot Area Council of the Arts

The arts enrich our lives, enhance education, build understanding and boost our economy.

Those benefits and value are clearly evident in the thriving, attractive arts community that falls under the umbrella of the Minot Area Council of the Arts.

Home to a symphony orchestra, an opera company, an art museum, a ballet theater company, contemporary dance companies, community theater companies… nearly 40 arts and cultural organizations, the diversity and vitality of the arts of the Minot area pleasantly surprises visitors and potential residents alike.

The Minot Area Council of the Arts provides services for members and also to the community through ongoing programs.

We are a local club and encourage local photographers to come and join. This is a great opportunity to meet other amateur photographers from the area, and to learn and teach photography.       For my first time at the Integrity Jazz Festival; I was not impressed. There was far too little entertainment and attractions for the $20 per person price in addition to the amount you spend on the two available food stands. (One normal sized gyro and one small piece of baklava $9.25--Wow)! I would not recomend attendance to this event. Eventhough they got me this year; they won't get me next year. Collapse

      Last years festival was AWESOME I loved the Glenn Miller Orchestra. Soulshine was fun and the All Stars were great too!
