Roosevelt Park Band shell:

writing contest winners announced- thoughout the summer community members will be invited to submit poems,pictures, and stories of memories they have of Minot Parks during the past 100 years. Age division winners will be awarded prizes with their winning entries published in the Minot Daily News and onThe Minot Park District's website.

Volunteer recognition ceremony. Park District volunteers will be honored in a closing ceremony along with  social ice cream and entertainment.
