    Rock The Leaves annual rock event

    with Dan Hansen, promoter

    The acoustic acts will begin at 11 a.m. with Jazmine Wolff, Joel Janikowski, Carly Ann and Alone in Cadence. Beginning about 2 p.m. the bands, playing anything from hard rock to hip-hip to country and folk to funk punk, are SemiStranded, Diabolic Octopus, Two Step Suzy, The True Soul Brothaz, Hansen's own band I Am Bear, and local Minot favorite Stay Out Late. One of the performers is "The True," who does spoken-word poetry with a little bit of music in the background. Also on deck are indie pop band Hyland and The Evermore Escape.
