    John Harr guitaris-composert has a passion for the guitar. His classical interpretations, arrangements of popular songs and original compositions bring a fresh perspective to the instrument. The Bismarck tribune  described his stage presence this way: " when he plays, he looks sometimes like he's deep in prayer, head bowed.... " In addition to an exciting music program, he also offers insightful and entertaining commentary to the stories behind the music. Harr, a South Dakota native now living and teaching elementary music in NW Oregon, last performed at the sibyl Center in 2008.
